In today's market, consumers want choices and with Premier Real Estate Properties we will offer you a wide range of options depending on the level of service you need.

If you feel comfortable with performing some (or even all) of the necessary duties required to sell a home then we have several options available (depending on how much support you need) which will place your property on the MLS and several other websites for a very low flat fee.

If, however, you do not have a great deal of experience in selling houses and you feel that you need some more service and support we have options available that will give you full service and support for a fraction of the cost of the full "service" (full cost might be a better word) Realtors.

With most or our programs we will begin with a thorough examination of property comparables in order to correctly price your home (known as a CMA). This is critical because pricing the home correctly will help to ensure that your home will sell for the most amount of money possible in a reasonable amount of time.

The next step is to get your home prepared for sale. This could include a professional home staging by an Interior Designer (which is included FREE OF CHARGE in several of our programs). With this service a professional Interior Designer will come into your home and assess its marketability and make several suggestions for improvements that may help you to achieve a higher price and/or shorter market time.

After your home is ready for sale we will begin our marketing campaign. The primary marketing vehicle will be putting a professional looking ad on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

The MLS is a closed access (i.e. you must be a Realtor to input properties onto it) computer system that is used by all of the Real Estate agents in every city in the U.S. It is crucial to have a quality ad with professional photos on the MLS to market you home!

In addition to this we will examine many other possible marketing tools including additional websites that may be beneficial to our marketing campaign (some of them free!) as well as Open Houses; Broker Tours; Direct Mail; Virtual Tours; For Sale signs; Lock-Boxes; Flyers; etc.

When an offer comes in we will carefully evaluate it together going over every aspect of the offer including the price, terms, contingencies, time frames, and any other (sometimes unusual) terms of the offer. In addition we will also evaluate your buyer's financial statements and their ability to successfully obtain a loan and consummate the transaction.

After this is completed we will (if necessary) complete a counteroffer and/or amendment and make every attempt to come to an acceptable "meeting of the minds" at a price and terms acceptable to you.

Once we have an acceptable offer we will enter into escrow where we will help you every step of the way with all of the paperwork, disclosures, inspections, and the myriad of other considerations (and potential problems) that can occur along the way.

Finally, we will be present at the closing to make sure that everything goes smoothly and there are no last minute "snafus".

In short, we will be with you for the entire process from start to finish answering all of your questions and trying to ensure that the sale of your home goes as smoothly as possible.
