Helpful Services For Seniors

Premier Real Estate Properties has special services available to seniors and their families. We provide seniors (or others) all of the additional services they may need to affect a transition from the family home to an apartment or senior community.

As part of this service we will do any or all of the following:

Research all of the various housing options to determine the best fit for each individual.
Do an analysis (including a CAD drawing) of the new residence to determine which household items will fit into the new space.
Hold an Estate Sale of the remaining items and attempt to obtain the best price possible for each to help our client with the financial aspect of this transition.
Arrange to give away (to a church or charity) the remaining items.
After that we stage the house (clink here for more information on staging).
Then put the house on the market (click here for more information on our various options for home sellers).
After the home is sold we will arrange movers for our client and then help the senior move into new residence and get settled.

We also have preferential pricing agreements with many of the service providers that will be required to help with this transition to help keep the costs down, and we will also be there in person to supervise every step of this process.

In short, we will provide all of the help and assistance that our client might need to make this (often difficult) transition in their lives.
