Creating a Staged Environment to Help Sell Your Home

As a full service firm, Premier Real Estate Properties offers a Staging service to our clients who are selling their property.

What is Staging?

Staging is a process whereby a professional Interior Designer will thoroughly evaluate your property to determine if there are any areas that may need some improvement prior to the property going on the market. Staging is a proven way to help us achieve the highest possible price for your home in the shortest amount of time.

How is Staging Accomplished?

The main goal is to make the home as appealing as possible to the widest possible cross section of buyers. The key idea we are aiming for is marketability! With the large numbers of homes on the market currently it is vital to stand out in the crowd. A beautifully decorated home will stay in the buyer's minds and will likely entice a second visit and perhaps even an offer to purchase. This is our goal.

To achieve this, our Designer will begin with a complete analysis of the home beginning with the curb appeal and general analysis of the outside of the home (both front and back). After that she will proceed inside and examine each room to determine how we can make the house more marketable. We will focus on changes and alterations that will be effective without a great deal of cost. We want to achieve the most "bang" possible for our "buck".

If we find that it is advisable to put some minor improvement into the home (i.e. painting, carpet, lighting, minor landscaping improvements); we have personnel on staff that can handle all of these improvements.

After this we will then have our Designer stage the home with high quality accessories such as furniture, pictures, accessories, etc. We will also produce a plan to maximize the space in the home and place the furniture (either yours or ours) in the most advantageous areas to maximize space and mobility within the home.

By the time that we are finished you will not recognize your own home and your buyers will be very impressed. The best reaction we can have from your buyer is WOW! (followed by an offer to purchase)
